RULES

1. All age-group is allowed to take part in the game on his/her own responsibility.

2. Only 10-12 players can take part in the game at the same time.

3. The solution of the tasks does not require extra physical capacity, however, the game

is not advised for disabled.

4. People who threaten the health of other players (e.g. having any kind of infectious

disease), or who are under the influence of alcohol or any kind of drugs are not

allowed to take part in the game.

5. Tools that potentially threaten the safety of the player or other people (e.g. cold steel)

are not allowed to use during the game.

6. Usage of naked light (e.g. smoking) is forbidden during the game!

7. Tools that may help during the game (e.g. mobile phones) cannot be used.

8. CITY PLAY is a covert game. Taking photos, making videos or any kind of audio or

visual recording is only allowed with the permission of the stuff.

9. We kindly ask you to save the decoration and the tools. In case of any abuse, the

responsible person is obligated to compensate the damage (in case of players under

eighteen years old, the responsible adult can be called to account). Considering the

caused damage, the stuff can decide to stop the game immediately. In this case the

price of the game cannot be claimed.

10. Before the game, the stuff informs the players about the rules that must be observed.

All player who takes part in the game accepts the terms and rules, and responsible for

his/her deeds (in case of players under 18 years old, their attendant is responsible).

11. Violation of the rules and instructions of the stuff causes immediate expulsion from

the game. The responsible person can be called to account!

12. The price can be reduced or refunded only in cases when the game is failed or

canceled by the mistake of City Play.

13. If you know that you cannot be there in time, we kindly ask you to inform the stuff.

You can reach us on +36 20 250 0536. In case of more than fifteen minutes delay from the

original start of the play, the group is obligated to pay 30% of the full price. After it

the stuff has the right to decide whether the full game can be kept or not. In case of

positive decision the full price must be paid. In other cases the group can decide

whether they want to play a shorter version of the game or not.

14. In case you cannot take part in the game, we kindly ask you to inform the stuff, or

write us an e-mail (our e-mail address is info [k] cityplaybudapest.com) as soon as

possible, but at least two days before the game. If you do not inform us in time, you

are obligated to pay 30% of the full price.

15. The booking must be based on real details. In cases, when we are unable to contact the

client via e-mail or phone, or when the details are seemingly untrue, we immediately

delete the booking.

16. If you choose the option to transfer the money to our bank account in advance, please

mind that the money should arrive to the bank account (that you get in the feedback e-

mail) until the beginning of the game. If it does not happen, you can pay only with

cash at the place of the game.

17. The City Play Game is recorded in the authority register, and it is a copyrighted

artwork. In case of full or partial plagiarism, application or copying of the game

material, the owner initiates civil proceedings for copyright. It is also prohibited to use

the writings, photos and videos on the homepage without permission.
